Local Mocean Charters' 35 foot Intrepid, Salt & Pepper, is sleek, roomy, comfortable, and can easily accommodate up to 12 passengers without feeling crowded. This center console now has brand new twin Mercury 300 engines, a large, wide back seat, and two large sun seats on the bow - that with the touch of a button - turn into lounge chairs. There are plenty of cup holders, a large cooler and great JL Audio speakers strategically placed around the boat, with a Bluetooth phone hook-up. Our personal favorite part of the boat is the dive door, which makes getting on and off the boat a breeze, especially with snorkel gear on! We provide snorkel gear and noodle floats for your comfort.

Here's a few words with our main man, Captain Tony, who was born and raised in the Virgin Islands. He grew up on Water Island - a tiny island off of St. Thomas - and took a boat to school every day. After earning his college degree in Business Management he decided his true passion was to be on the water everyday, and got his U.S. Coast Guard 100 ton captains license. His lifelong knowledge of cruising the waters of the beautiful U.S. Virgin Islands makes him the perfect guide for your trip.

• The Triangle- Most Popular-$1400 plus fuel- Snorkel The Indians, Caves, Lunch at Pirates Bite, Willy T or Hendo's, stop at Sandy Spit and end at Soggy Dollar Bar. $300-$400 Fuel
•Virgin Gorda/ Baths- $1550 plus fuel- This is a great way to see the BVI's natural wonder. Explore the tidal pools and tunnels of the Beautiful Baths. Lunch at Cooper Island and end the day at Indians and Caves, or White Bay's famous Soggy Dollar Bar. $350-450 fuel
•Valid Passport Required for all passengers on BVI charters.
• Max 12 people (Add $50 per person over 6 passengers.)

Half day charters are perfect for anyone but especially for cruise ship guests who only have limited time for a boat rental during the hours the cruise ship is at port. We cannot travel to the BVI on a half-day charter, as there is not enough time to check through customs.

• Fuel usage is calculated & charged at the end of trip

The prices listed above do not include fuel. We fuel the boats on our own time. On charter we keep track of fuel usage on our digital fuel gage and will multiply it by the price at the pump at end of your charter. If you are traveling to the British Virgin Islands there will be a $75 customs charge per person. Customs fees can be a little more if 3 of less guests. This is to be paid in cash to the captain at the beginning of the trip. There is also an extra $20 charge on BVI Holidays and Sundays.
Gratuity is a large part of a Captains income and average gratuities range from 20-30% of Boat Charter fee.
